Our artisanal ice cream is a promise of perfect taste without compromising on quality, care for healthy ingredients, and the use of local resources. Krantz – Atelier de înghețată is a Romanian invention created by students and professors from the Faculty of Food Science and Engineering at Dunărea de Jos University of Galați. It has captured global attention with its unique Quince and Plum flavor—an original Romanian creation awarded a gold medal in Paris in 2018 at the EcoTrophelia gastronomic competition.

Quince and Plum, a unique flavor in the world, is based on concentrated liquid milk whey—highly nutritious, excellent for supporting the immune system, and safe for people with lactose intolerance. -
The Rice Pudding and Crunchy Rum flavors are unique on the market, while Blue Pink Fantasy is the only bubble gum ice cream made from 100% natural ingredients: spirulina and beetroot. -
